3) Ask to see the company PDF Compensation Plan: don't just believe in what any Distributor says or presentations you watch in YouTube because anyone can say anything to try and make a profit. Watch out for these (*) below in their Comp Plan.
* Does it have many staircases/level requirements? If you see anywhere that is more than 4, the road my be rocky ahead.
* Does it require that you have to have certain # of down lines who has to obtain certain ranks before you can step up into a higher rank? If it does, you may end up personally recruiting endlessly or may even start stacking in order to try and meet these complicated qualification goals.
* Does it have any blockers/stoppers: meaning if one of your downline becomes a Superstar and your rank is lower than theirs, you may only see a little or will never see anything their entire downline makes.
* Does it have any auto ship increase as you obtain higher ranks? Most of the time, you may obtain and hold a high rank, but with little pay so you may not be able to continue to keep up with the higher auto ship. Soon, you will end up spending more than what you make and end up quitting.
* Does it have any RESIDUAL income (Uni-Level): In our opinion, stay away from Matrix and Binary as the main pay structure. These 2 pay plans does not provide stability income without a fight. Most of the time, you'll see high numbers but may never reach your goals.
* Does it have Leg balancing requirements: Usually, it will be based on Binary or Uni-level of 2-5 legs. Very tricky and very tough to maintain or make money.
